ECD’s team of talented craftsman and technicians are all ASE certified and have been in the industry for a long time. They are based at their state-of-the-art 45,000 square-metre facility, which they have dubbed the “Rover Dome”.
This team has been able to grow quickly and scale their production to meet demand. In order to do this, they have taken control of all aspects of their manufacturing process from sourcing and logistics to build-time and production.
What makes them stand out is their ability to customize every aspect of their customers’ cars. This includes everything from the paint and fabrics to the upholstery, making each build unique to its owner.
They use a virtual studio to produce renderings of the vehicle that the buyer can see before the actual build begins. The virtual studio uses 3D modeling technology to create a realistic image of the vehicle’s finish and design.
Once the client approves the final design, the process is underway. They will be sent a gift box that contains samples of the exterior and interior paint and fabric.
